The Ritz Carlton and Marriott´s W brand arriving in Buenos aires

The exclusive neighborhood of Puerto Madero in the City of Buenos Aires will house these two new proposals for luxury hotels.

Buenos Aires is a classic within the classics, with multiple options and locations to explore: modern avenues, beautiful parks and green spaces, a well as historical buildings and monuments with important historical heritage – without leaving aside its especial offer for the Foodie traveler.

Additional to this offer of attractions, there are also the multiple options of hotels, those already established, and those that are constantly opening, as was recently announced by Marriott and The Ritz Carlton.

Nowadays, Marriott is only present in Argentina with the Sheraton brand, since the previous Marriot Plaza hotel, after 20 years with a presence in the city of Buenos Aires, was sold to the Sutton family (of the Alvear hotels). However, it has been announced that by 2024 they will be adding the W brand in Buenos Aires with a luxury hotel with 150 rooms.

This project will have an estimated investment of US$ 100 million and will be located in the Puerto Madero area and, in addition to the hotel, will include luxury residences in a 35-story tower.

Moreover, the luxury brand The Ritz Carlton hotels will also be located in the Puerto Madero neighborhood and its inauguration would take place in 2023.

This project includes the construction of a 39-story tower and four parking levels, with an investment of US$ 300 million. The hotel and apparts will rise on the first nine floors, and the residences will occupy the rest of the building. In addition, the owners of the apartments can access the services and amenities of the hotel.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
