Bolivia no longer requires a VISA to citizens of Israel and the US as of December 2019<\/h1>\n

With the aim of strengthening tourism and attracting investments, the citizens of Israel and the United States will no longer need VISAS to enter
\nBolivia as of December 2019.<\/h3>\n

Located in the center of South America, Bolivia<\/a> offers travelers a unique and varied landscape from the Amazon to the Andes mountain range<\/a>, passing by a colorful culture, full of history and tradition.<\/p>\n

\"\"Although the touristic places best known outside its borders are those of the Altiplano (High Plateaus), there is much more to visit beyond the \u201c Salar de Uyuni \u201d<\/a>, the largest salt deposit in the world and the Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world, as well as one of the deepest.<\/p>\n

Bolivia is one of the least explored countries by foreigners in South America but one of the most diverse that deserves to be on the travel list of tourists arriving in the continent.<\/p>\n

One of the points that until now possibly resulted in fewer arrivals of tourists in Bolivia, were the paperwork and costs of VISAS, but thanks to a recent presidential decree, visitors to this beautiful country will surely increase over time.<\/p>\n

As of December 2019, the interim government of Bolivia through a decree has suspended the obligation for citizens of the United States and Israel to process a VISA to enter the country. This requirement has been in force since 2007 for Americans and since 2014 for Israelis.<\/p>\n

The interim president, Jeanine \u00c1\u00f1ez, stated that the citizens of these two countries are very important for Bolivia and have always contributed to the development of tourism and investments around Bolivia. In addition, she pointed out that the area of \u200b\u200bthe Bolivian Amazon will surely be benefited by tourists from Israel who in recent years had been reduced.<\/p>\n
