El Calafate government has just signed an agreement with DAP Airlines, a Chilean airline company, to start the route Punta Arenas \/ Puerto Natales \/ El Calafate as of next November with 2 weekly flights.<\/p>\n
This will allow tourists and locals to join in only 45 minutes 2 main attractions in the region: The Chilean National Park of Torres del Paine and the Argentinean National Park, Todos Glaciares, where the renowned Perito Moreno Glacier is located.<\/p>\n
There are also news for the Heli tours as new air circuits have been designed from Puerto Natales to specific hotels within the Torres del Paine National Park, Cape Horn and other tours flying inside the park. Also, heli-fishing and heli-skiing tours have been developed by the airline \u2013 that mean fly-fishing tours to location that are only accessible with a helicopter.<\/p>\n
