La Parva
This is the only ski resort where you can see the entire Santiago Valley.
Due to its location, La Parva offers easy access to very steep off-piste areas with deep gorges and overhangs where skiing is reserved for experts only.
About La Parva
This ski center is located at 2,750 meters above sea level, amidst the Andes Mountain Range. It corresponds to a winter resort, fully equipped with all necessary amenities, beautiful architecture and excellent trails that are chosen every year by world class skiers.La Parva is located in a very beautiful area, at 38 kms (23.6 mi) from Santiago.
La Parva has a beautiful view to the valley of Santiago and it is the winter center with major population, due to the great variety of refuges and private apartments, which are rented during the ski season. The snowboard practice and the heliski are implemented for those who enjoy these activities.

How to get there?
Only 46 km from Santiago, along the paved road to Farallones, which runs for 32 km up to the Valle Nevado detour. From this point, only 14 km remain to get to the winter resort.
In the winter, traffic is allowed to go up only from 8am to 2pm and down only from 2pm to 8pm.
Likewise, the use of snow chains is mandatory in mountain roads.

La Parva has trails for all levels, divided into:
- Beginners (15%)
- Intermediate (15%)
- Advanced skiers (43%)
- Experts (27%)
Three of its tracks are for beginners, nine of them for intermediate, twelve tracks are for advanced skiers and six tracks are for experienced athletes.
