Beautiful 5 Star review:
Used Rough Guides for a 6 week holiday in Argentina. Gave them a budget, must visits and a request to use their local knowledge to build an itinerary around that. Communication was excellent pre trip, all questions responded to promptly and a wonderful itinerary agreed.
During the trip, communication continued regarding plans at each destination, emergency contact details provided ( and easy to contact) and all pick ups and transfers were seemless. Accommodation and tours were appropriate to budget set and value for money.
The most important thing for us was that we left Argentina feeling that we had absolutely made the most of our 6 weeks in that we had visited all the “ iconic” sites but also been exposed to the people , culture and identity of the country and its people.
Would use and recommend Rough Guides holiday planning unreservedly.
