Our trip ( my husband and myself) was a dream come through. I have absolutely no negative comments re the organization of our trip by Ana. Ana answered all our queries promptly before our trip . All the drivers and guides – Fabio, Andrea , In Buenos Aires,Daniel in Mendoza, Aljender in El Calafate and Manuel in Igwazu Falls were all professional and went out of their way to make sure that we were always comfortable and made the experience an unforgettable one. ( I have forgotten some names-Sorry ).
The only thing I can complain is that as a tourist who wanted to see as much as possible we always had to fly through Bueno Aires airport so a lot of time was wasted in airports. However this seems to be unavoidable.
I recommend booking through Trips South America as it went as smooth as possible. I have no second thoughts of giving them FIVE STARS.
