Argentina
Cerro Castor Ski Resort | Ushuaia
The newest in Argentina and, like everything in Ushuaia, the southernmost in the world.
Very close to Tierra del Fuego capital city, where the sea and the mountains meet to be the protagonists of a dazzling geography.
Castor is only 195 meters over sea level and its top rises to 1,057 meters. Due to its characteristics and its snow quality, it is the ski center with the largest number of international teams training throughout the season.
Around 25 teams train at Cerro Castor every year, including regional clubs, moguls teams and countries participating in the World Cup such as France, Italy, Switzerland and others.

How to get there?
Cerro Castor lies 26 kilometers away from Ushuaia, where an international airport and a tourist port for large ships are in operation.
It may also be accessed by land along National Route 3.
Ski Area
Cerro Castor has trails for all levels, divided into:
- Beginners (30%): Senda Guanaco, Pájaro Carpintero, Cornoranes, Castores, Bandurias.
- Intermediate (30%): Águila Morada, Los Ñires, Cauquenes, Caminito del Bosque, Avutarda.
- Advanced skiers (25%): Chulengo, La Brecha, Las Lajas, Petrel, Alvatros, Gaviota Austral.
- Experts (15%): Chimango, Zorro Colorado, Halcón Peregrino, El Cóndor.
The off-piste areas are excellent for those in search of untouched snow or extreme skiing and snowboarding.
The resort has a competition run authorized by the International Ski Federation and a timekeeping booth for the organization of both national and international championships.



Cerro Catedral Ski Resort | Bariloche
A pioneer among South American ski resorts, at present, it is the most complete and it continues updating its facilities in order to offer visitors the most advanced infrastructure.
Its peaks resemble the towers of a Gothic style medieval temple. That is the reason for its name. Mount Catedral (cathedral), with 1,030 meters above sea level opens its doors to the inhabitants of the world who wish to experiment the adventure promised by winter sports.
All skiing disciplines, including off-piste, are available. Those who practice freestyle and snowboarding will also enjoy an area specially designed with bumps and rails to show their abilities. Catedral is also the stage for the most important international competitions.

Cerro Catedral has trails for all levels, divided into:
- Beginners (10%): Del Valle, ABC Sur, 1200.
- Intermediate (60%): Frey, Punta Nevada, Lypch, La Montura, Condor 3.
- Advanced skiers (20%): Copper Mountain, Pannorámica, Nubes, Banana, Condor 2, El Atajo, Seis.
- Experts (10%): Carlitos, Barrilete, Patrulla.
Punta Princesa, where snow remains till late October permitting spring skiing, is recommendable for all levels. De la Garganta, Pista Seis and Del Bosque are for advanced skiers. Amancay goes through the forest providing a unique landscape. De las Nubes and Carlitos are two of the most difficult runs.



Chile
Valle Nevado Ski Resort | Santiago de Chile
The Ski Center with the largest number of ski lifts will allow you to access each corner of the Andes and to enjoy perfect snow on the slopes that only exist because of the orientation and height of Chile’s biggest and most modern ski resort.
Very close to Santiago de Chile, in the heart of the Andes, is the largest winter resort in the Southern hemisphere and, probably, the most modern in Patagonia. Its name is a synonym for ski: Valle Nevado is located 3,025 meters over sea level, which ensures snow every winter to practice our favorite sport.
For snowboarders, the Valle Nevado snowboard park, 100 meters long and 50 meters wide, provides two special trails: half pipe and border cross, together with the La Escondida cable ferry. Since 2003, Valle Nevado has been the venue for the FIS Snowboarding World Cup. It is
the only sport resort to have been selected in Latin America.

- Advanced skiers (33%): A Todo Pulmón, La Oficina, Pirca, Tango 1 & 2, El Beso, Diablada, Can Can, Luna, Sol 1 & 2
- Experts (21%): Cascada, Adenalina, Momia, Eclipse, Twist, Shake.
Furthermore it has alternative terrains, backcountry, where experts can enjoy the adrenaline slithering through virgin snow, through the slopes of the Andes; and the Bumps area where it is possible to overcome obstacles and enjoy the adrenaline in the snow.
It has three parts: the beginner has a course with rollers, mini risers and mini boxes; intermediate, with two drawers, 3 jumps of 6 to 10 meters, and a rainbow; and advanced sector, with two rails and a kink of 9 meters a quarter pipe for jibbing 2 step up style jumps.



El Colorado Ski Resort | Santiago de Chile
Have fun conquering the obstacles or test your skills at snow parks ideal for adventurers.
The Sunset Park and Olympic Valley Park await you with jumps and railing circuits that will push your skills to the limit.
2,700 meters high and only 50 kilometers from the capital city of Chile, El Colorado ski resort stands out from the rest of the winter resorts because of a single feature: the entire valley of Santiago may be watched from its base.
Together with El Colorado and Valle Nevado, it is the largest skiable surface in South America. El Colorado offers 38 kilometers distributed into 30 long and varied runs that may interconnect with the Nevado runs by means of a special ticket.

It has two Snowparks for snowboarders, daily or seasonal locker service, 19 ski lifts, a ski school, a mini ski school for children, two ski rental shops, five restaurants, a cafe and mountain emergency service, as well as 2 Ski Shop stores.
