W Hotels Worldwide will have its first hotel
in Brazil in 2021

W Hotels Worldwide, part of Marriott International, has confirmed the opening of its first hotel in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the seventh in Latin America.
The hotel will be in Sao Paulo, owned by HBR Realty, and is scheduled to start operating in 2021.
The W Sao Paulo, designed by Nini Andrade Silva and the brand’s design team, will feature 179 deluxe rooms, including two WOW suites and an Extreme WOW suite (the brand’s version of the Presidential Suite); Dining options including rooftop restaurants with panoramic views of the city and an exclusive bar in the living room. Moreover, it will have a FIT center and pool and there will be 1,500 square meters of meeting space.
The hotel will be located in the Vila Olímpia business district, just two blocks from JK Iguatemi, one of the main luxury shopping areas of Sao Paulo; 5 kilometers from Congonhas Airport and 25 kilometers from Guarulhos Airport. The property will be surrounded by nightlife and entertainment options.
