Overall we had a wonderful time.  The mix of places and excursions that we planned with TSA’s assistance turned out to be near-ideal for us. For the most part, our feedback is positive in nature, but there are a few areas where we feel improvements could have been made. All of our airport pickups and excursion pickups were conducted in a timely way.  People were there to meet us either exactly on time, or early.  We appreciated not having to worry about whether there would be any delays. TSA’s assistance in making suggestions for places to see and the amount of time to spend in each of the four locations – Buenos Aires, Puerto Madryn, Ushuaia and Calafate – were well thought out.  The hotels which were booked for us were all very comfortable and, for the most part, spacious enough.  The hotels were all well-located and were either within walking distance of the downtown area, or the hotels provided convenient shuttles. There was a good selection of restaurants of all types within reasonable proximity of all the hotels that we stayed in.
