So, to help guests in these moments of uncertainty, clients will have the possibility to change or cancel without penalty up to 15 days before the travel date.
The great news is that this flexible term can be combined with our discounts and special deals, such as the Big Sale, just bear in mind that there may be a few exceptions with very specific suppliers, such as flights, but you can contact us and we will send you the details.
Just by paying a minimum part of your reservation you can access all the benefits of the Flex & Swap program.

** Terms & Conditions
• In case of rescheduling up to 15 days for any reason related to COVID-19 Pandemic, the 30% deposit will remain as a credit to be used on the new travel date.
• This offer is valid for land services but there may be occasional exclusions where the service provider’s terms are stricter than ours (not limited to, but including airlines or some cruises and lodges). Where this is the case, we will do our best to negotiate for the same 15 day terms as our own. If unable to do so, we will make it clear at the point of quotation and booking.
• The new travel date may include other destinations or services different from the original trip and the rate may change depending on that. We will keep you informed of course!
• These Terms & Conditions are valid for individual reservations, not groups.
• Regular terms and conditions apply to all cancellations or re-bookings made within 14 days of departure
• Promotions and discounts may undergo modifications in their conditions and validity at any time without prior notice.
